5. Payment & Billing

Some Services require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new shared hosting plans.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Services.

7. Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we perform automated backups, we do not guarantee the availability or integrity of backups. We are not liable for any data loss.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunder Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
